Crossroads Mechanical was started with the belief that customers shouldn't have to wonder if they were getting the best price, the best service or the best technicians available.

With over 20 years field experience, owner Joe Berry has learned the most important thing to him is making sure that his customers are the happiest around.

Born and raised in McHenry County, Joe has always had a love for fixing things. Starting with cars in junior high, he went on to work for companies in both the residential and commercial fields in water treatment, refrigeration, HVAC and restaurant equipment.

Joe resides in Woodstock with his wife Teresa and son Joshua.
